AKMARİL® ABS
AKMARİL®, is the commercial name for the coloured and reinforced ABS produced by AKAY PLASTIK.

KEY PROPERTIES

  • Amorphous structure with a Tg of 105- 115°C, depending on ABS type
  • Opaque with a yellowish colour in its natural state
  • High gloss
  • High rigidity and hardness up to 80°C
  • High impact, even at temperatures down to -40°C
  • Superior scratch resistance
  • Good chemical resistance, particularly against stress cracking
  • Outstanding electrical properties
  • Not resistant to UV radiation

AKRİL® SAN

AKRİL® is the commercial name for the coloured and reinforced SAN produced by AKAY PLASTIK.


KEY PROPERTIES
  • Amorphous structure with a Tg of 105°C
  • High transparency and gloss in unreinforced state
  • High rigidity and hardness up to 80°C
  • Good chemical resistance, particularly against stress cracking
  • Low mould shrinkage
  • Outstanding electrical properties

AKBONAT® PC

AKBONAT®,
is the commercial name for the coloured and reinforced PC produced by AKAY PLASTIK .

KEY PROPERTIES
  • Amorphous sctructure with a continous use temperature of 115°C
  • High stiffness, hardness and impact over a broad temperature range (-50°C+135°C)
  • Outstanding transparency and gloss in its natural form
  • Excellent colorability
  • Inherent flame retardancy
  • Limited chemical resistance; particularly sensitive to stress cracking and hydrolysis
  • Notch sensitive
  • Excellent heat resistance.

AKLAMİD® PA-6

AKLAMİD® ,
is the commercial name for the Polyamide 6 compounds produced by AKAY PLASTIK

KEY PROPERTIES
  • Semi-crystalline strcture with a Tg of 50°C and a crystalline melting point of 223°C
  • Exceptionally good processability
  • Outstanding impact strenght
  • Good mechanical properties up 120-140°C
  • Limited resistance against strong acids and alkalies

AKLAMİD® PA-66

AKLAMİD®
is the commercial name for the Polyamide 66 compounds produced by AKAY PLASTIK.

  • Semi crystalline structure with a Tg of 50°C and a crystalline melting point of 255°C
  • Excellent processability
  • Outstanding impact strenght
  • Good mechanical properties up to 140-160°C
  • Excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases and most solvents; limited resistance to strong acids and alkalies
